Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders placed with Vonnera require 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Costs & Transit Times
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days after processing.
International Shipping
Vonnera offers international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local carriers, but standard timeframes generally apply.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as updating your shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vonnera.com.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and changes may no longer be possible. Vonnera is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via our Tracking Page. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Unforeseen Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
"Delivered" Packages Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your property and mailbox.
- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.
- If confirmed lost, send us proof so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
